Epikurean to launch luxury resort in Nha Trang
Hotel management company Epikurean Villas Hotels & Hideouts is quickening its preparations to put into service a new luxury resort in the central coast city of Nha Trang on April 2.
Epikurean says it will start receiving guests to the resort An Lam Ninh Van Bay Villas, some 16km from Nha Trang City, or a 30-minute drive from Cam Ranh Airport in Khanh Hoa Province.
An Lam Ninh Van Bay Villas is developed on a 20ha site with a tropical forest and mountainous backdrop surrounding in Ninh Van Bay. The resort has 35 private beachfront villas and its design is a blend of modernity and traditional Vietnamese touches.
The resort manager, however, says there will have 18 villas to be put into service in the first phase. The room rate starts from US$400 per night, but it is discounted to US$350 per night from now until August in its opening promotion.
Last December, Epikurean announced to have taken over Bai Tram Hideout resort in the central province of Phu Yen. The resort covers some 90ha with seven luxury private pool villas, and will go with an expansion plan to 14 pool villas in the coming time.
The management company together with its local affiliate Hotel Collection Indochine (HCI) has managed six properties in the local market, including the 78-room resort Ana Mandara Hue launched last October, and the 175-room resort Ana Mandara Ninh Binh in the northern province of Ninh Binh.
Epikurean is a private company, active in offering consultancy, development and project management services for high-end hotels, resorts and residential villa projects.
